Objectives

Work with counselees to

1. face difficulties and challenges in lives with positive attitude

2. explore and mobilize internal resources for personal growth and self-healing

3. enhance internal peace and serenity and develop better ways to relate to others
　

Scope of Service 

Counselling service: individual counselling, family counselling, pre-marital counselling, marital counselling, parent-child counselling, etc;

Psychotherapy: depression, psychosis, anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc;

Personal coaching: personal growth, enhancing couple, marriage and family relationships, etc;

Parent education: children and adolescents development, etc;

Educational counselling: specific learning difficulty, attention deficit disorder, autism, etc;

Office Hours

Tuesday to Saturday: 9a.m. - 9p.m.
