Notes on Counselling Service

Counselling Session and Fee Charges

Each counselling session equals to 50 minutes, 0.5 session = 25 minutes, 1.5 sessions = 1 hour 15 minutes, 2 sessions = 1 hour 40 minutes.

Minimum charge of counselling fee is 1 session; for service by senior counsellor, fee on a 1/4 session-basis will be charged for overtime of more than 10 minutes; for other counsellors, fee on a 1/2 session-basis will be charged for overtime of more than 10 minutes.
　

 Delay, Change and Cancellation of Counselling Appointment

For any delay in the beginning of the counselling session caused by the service users, the session will be ended and charged according to the scheduled appointment.

Service users should notify the Centre at least 24 hours before the appointment for any change or cancellation, otherwise, fee will be charged according to the scheduled appointment.

If warning signal is issued or still in force at or after 7 a.m. All activities or appointments scheduled before 2 p.m. will be cancelled.
If warning signal is issued or still in force at or after 12 p.m. All activities or appointments scheduled before 6:30 p.m. will be cancelled.
If warning signal is issued or still in force at or after 5 p.m. All activities or appointments scheduled on that day will be cancelled.
Green Pastures will resume service in 2 hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8  is cancelled.
Green Pastures will open as usual when Red Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Warning Signal 3 is in force.
All activities or appointments scheduled after 6:30 p.m. will remain unchanged if  the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8  is cancelled at or before 4:30 p.m.
All activities or appointments scheduled after 7 p.m. will remain unchanged if  the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8  is cancelled at or before 5 p.m.

Remarks:
1. ＊All outdoor activities should stop immediately. Trainers and participants should also take shelter immediately.
2. If participants of activities or training are not able to attend the re-scheduled session, Green Pastures will not arrange refund or re-schedule further session for individual participant.

3. Appointments being cancelled due to typhoon or rainstorm warning can be re-scheduled.
