李杏玲女士於加拿大約克大學取得工商管理學士及心理學學士,及後在香港大學完成社會工作碩士學位,並修畢突破輔導中心義工輔導課程、Ackerman 模式家庭系統治療理論及實踐證書課程,及沙維雅模式專業輔導證書課程。

李女士曾任職於香港政府社會福利署、加拿大多倫多市政府社區服務部、香港社會服務聯會,現為香港中文大學及香港理工大學社會工作系的實習督導。曾任職及督導的服務單位與對象包括:綜合家庭服務中心、綜合青少年服務中心、長者地區中心、自殺危機處理中心、隱蔽青少年服務、學校社會工作服務、智障人士庇護工場及社會福利部 (失業人士及難民)。

李女士由零一年起選擇放棄全職工作,照顧家庭及兒女,一直參與不同的兼職及義工活動,除了擔任大學的實習督導,其他包括:突破輔導中心義工,並於零八年獲得義工服務獎;聖公會麥理浩夫人中心「彩虹計劃」(精神健康社區推廣計劃) 及「康齡計劃」(長者抑鬱症認識及及早識別推廣計劃);浸會愛群「思維發展學院」導師,舉辦小組課程協助精神病康復者持續學習及成長;並於社會服務機構及教會帶領有關推廣精神健康、促進個人成長及夫婦關係的講座及工作坊。

李女士是香港社工註冊局及加拿大安大略省社會工作及社會服務註冊局的註冊社工,並為浸信會會友。

Ms Justine Lee is a graduate of York University with Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative Studies and Bachelor in Psychology. She later pursued her Master Degree of Social Work in The University of Hong Kong. To further polish her counselling skills, she continued to learn and completed the Volunteer Counselling Course by Breakthrough Counselling Centre, Certificate Course on Theory and Practice of Systemic Family Therapy: The Ackerman Model, and Professional Certificate Course in Individual and Family Therapy using Satir Model.

Justine had been employed by the Social Welfare Department of HKSAR, Department of Community Services of The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, and Hong Kong Council of Social Service. She had served or supervised in various service units, including Integrated Family Service Centre, Suicide Crisis Intervention Centre, Integrated Children and Youth Services Centre, District Elderly Community Centre, Hidden Youth Service, School Social Work Service, Sheltered Workshop for the Mentally Handicapped, and Welfare Office (unemployed and refugees).

In 2001, Justine chose to quit the full time job so as to take better care of her family and children. After that, she spared time to take up different part-time and volunteer works. Besides the fieldwork supervisor in universities, she involved in: long-term volunteer commitment in Breakthrough Counselling Centre where she received her service award in 2008; the “Rainbow project” to promote mental health in the community and “Health aging project” to advocate early identification of depression among elderly in S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre; “Mental Development Training School” of Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service to organize small group courses for the mentally rehabilitates. She also held groups, workshops and talks on the topics related to mental health and emotion management issues, self-development and couple enrichment in both church and social service units.

Justine is a registered social worker under the Hong Kong Social Workers’ Registration Board and Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She is also a member of the Baptist Church.
